# Quickstart

## Get started in three steps

Access the Word Add-In and build the habit of always starting with AI.

### Step 1: Access the Web App

Go to [app.dioptra.ai](https://app.dioptra.ai) and log on with your Dioptra credentials.

  Through Dioptra's Web App you can:

  * Run and manage playbooks
  * Create bulk extractions
  * Set-up workflow automation
  * Access the rule bank
  * Manage your account and user access

### Step 2: Install the Word Add-In

<Tip>
  The primary user interface is Dioptra's Word Add-In, where you can:

  * Run and manage playbooks
  * Leverage Dioptra's AI Chat Agent
  * Access your clause library
  * Collaborate with team members
</Tip>

In the Web App, click the button for the Word Add-In.  This will take you to the Microsoft app store where you can click the blue "Get it now" button to install the Dioptra Word Add-In.  Then follow the download instructions.

  Note: You will need your Microsoft log-in information to install the Dioptra Word Add-In.   If your IT team has security controls around downloads, you will need to work with your IT team to make sure that the Dioptra Word Add-In is an approved download.

### Step 3: Open the Word Add-In

Open Word.  Click on the "Add-ins" in the top right corner to access the Dioptra Word Add-In for the first time and log-in using your Dioptra credentials.

The next time you open Word, you should see the Dioptra "D" in the top right corner. Click on it to open the Dioptra Word Add-In.

You will see this:
