Share additional relevant context, who you represent, how aggressive to be, any prior exchanges you may have had with the counterparty, and the background of the counterparty’s negotiator.
What to use: the Agreement, the Chat.Found a reference in your contract to a statute you aren’t familiar with? Ask Chat to look up the statute and provide a summary. Ask it how the law applies to your specific contract and what your responsibilities are under the applicable statute.
No longer does building playbooks have to be a months-long endeavor. Using the Chat you can now create a playbook in less than an hour. All you need are some preferred redline examples and/or your standard form and/or any existing knowledge materials you are using for redlining.
